Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from the Hemglow online store. By placing an order, you accept them. Our contact details are on our contact information page.

1. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we let you know and refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. Within the EU they include VAT. For orders outside the EU, see our shipping policy about import duties. Shipping is free. You pay at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

See our shipping policy for where we ship and how long it takes. The product is your responsibility from the moment you, or someone you name, receive it.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase. See our returns policy.

5. Guarantee

You have the legal guarantee for faulty products (3 years in Spain and Sweden). If something is wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.

6. Product information

We do our best to show and describe our products accurately. Light effects can look slightly different depending on the room, the wall colour and how dark it is.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

8. Complaints

If you're not happy, email us first and we'll do our best to solve it. You can also contact the consumer authority where you live: in Spain, your regional consumer office (OMIC); in Sweden, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
