Returns and refunds

14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or someone you name, receive the product, without giving a reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal in the EU.

How to return

  1. Email us at hemglowhome@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and that you want to cancel your purchase. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything before you have them.
  3. Send the product back within 14 days of telling us, together with the remote and the cable.

Return costs

You pay the cost of sending the product back, unless it arrived faulty, damaged or wrong.

Condition

You're welcome to try the product the way you would in a shop. If it comes back used beyond that, or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Your refund

We refund the full price, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have the product back, or until you show us proof that you sent it. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If something is wrong with your order, you're covered by the legal guarantee (3 years in Spain and Sweden). Email us a photo or a short video and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
