Free shipping on every order. No minimum.

Where we ship

We ship to Spain, Sweden and most other countries worldwide.

Processing and delivery times

• We prepare your order within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery then usually takes 7–14 business days within Europe and 10–20 business days to other countries.
• Your order ships from our international partner warehouse. As soon as it ships, you get an email with a tracking link.

Delivery times are estimates. In busy periods, like Black Friday and Christmas, it can take a few days longer.

Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in your local currency. Within the EU, prices include VAT. For orders outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are paid by the customer.

Problems with your delivery

If your tracking hasn't moved for a while, your parcel seems lost or it arrives damaged, email us at hemglowhome@gmail.com with your order number. We'll sort it out with a new item or a refund.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can change it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
