How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 7–14 business days within Europe and 10–20 business days to other countries. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Spain, Sweden and most countries worldwide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Read our returns policy to see how it works.
My lamp arrived damaged or doesn't work. What now?
Sorry about that! Send us a photo or a short video and your order number, and we'll send you a new one or refund you, at no cost to you.
The lamp
How big is Norrsken?
About 7.8 × 7.8 × 8.7 cm and 140 g. It fits in the palm of your hand.
Does it need batteries?
The lamp doesn't. It runs on USB power with the cable in the box: plug it into any phone charger, laptop or power bank.
Does it work in a bright room?
It's made for the dark. You'll see the glow with the lights on, but the full effect needs a dark or dim room.
Can I use it in a kids' room?
Yes, many people use it as a calm night light. The lamp and the remote are not toys, so keep the remote out of reach of small children.
Payment
How can I pay?
With card and the other options shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted and handled by Shopify.
Do prices include VAT?
Within the EU, yes. Outside the EU, your country may add import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives.
